Can a tenant end their lease early if the landlord is responsible for the roof, which has had 5+ leaks?
Does anyone know any business law please ? I have a 3 year lease however I'm coming up to one year and I've had 5 + leaks in the roof. Lost thousands of pounds of stock and fixtures and fittings. I've had enough and want to leave. Is this a reason to end my lease early when I am responsible for the internal fixtures and fittings and pay them an additional £500 for insurance on the roof yet I'm always expected to claim of my own for their reoccurring problem I was never pre informed about, thank you
