Can anything be done to stop a cycle of litigation and harrassment if a friends ex has kept her in litigation for over 7 years?
A friends ex has kept her in litigation for over 7 years, forcing her to spend all her savings on legal and court fees in a never ending cycle, and creating discord between her and their children (who live with her). At each court hearing, the judge sided with her. She’s now just received another letter from his lawyer, having literally just “won” the last court battle just weeks ago. It seems like he’s using litigation as a form of harrassement and bullying, to deliberately break her down and force her into poverty. Is there anything that can be to stop this cycle of litigation and harrassement?
