NQ what do you want to prohibit them from doing?

NQ grandparents don't have an "rights" to have contact with their grandchildren as they don't have parental responsibility. But if you did withdraw contact then they could go to the courts to ask for contact. Do you have any evidence of racial abuse? If you choose to withdraw contact and they do apply to the courts then this could be your evidence as to why you want to refuse them to have contact

Solicitor: if you're subject to bullying or assault or fear for your health and safety, you should report it to the police. In any event, instead of PSO, you should also consider Non-Molestation Order. You must be minded that upon making an application for NMO, you need to provide evidence of threats you've from them together with a Statement of Truth (oath) of the contents in your application.
