Does a company have to give a refund if the customer requests it, or are they only allowed to give vouchers?
Good afternoon, On Friday afternoon, I purchased 2 PCR tests at Heathrow airport. These turned out to be the incorrect test needed for the particular country I was travelling to. I tried to cancel on the app at the airport but their cancellation page would not let me go past the CAPTCHA section. I was then successful on Saturday with the cancellation. The testing company only mentions vouchers being issued in lieu of a refund - do I have any rights to insist on a refund instead? Thank you

NQ. Check their cancellation policy. I imagine no as this was your error and not theirs.
