How many times can a magistrates court adjourn a case?
Hi just wondering if anyone knows if there is a legal amount of times a magistrates court can adjourn a case and send it to a different court? This has been going on for 18 months and has been to 5 different courts last time case management set trial date for 8th November then had a letter this morning from courts saying go on Tuesday to a different court to set a date?
