If you die before any of your nephews or nieces are born or conceived, will they be excluded from your will?
I have written a will stating ‘X’ amount of my estate is to be held in trust for my nephews and nieces, but held in trust until they turn 25 years old. If I die before any of them are born/conceived, would they be excluded?

Nq, did you specifically name them or did you just say all nephews and nieces?
