Is it common for houses with indemnity insurance for land and breach of covenant to be restricted to cash buyers?
good morning if purchasing a house it needs indemnity insurance for land and breach of a covenant would it be easy to resell i.e could the next person get a mortgage on it or would we be restricted to cash buyers i wasnt sure if this was a common thing now days thank you 😊

Conveyancer - Indemnity insurance is quite common for breach of covenants and most mortgage lenders are happy to proceed on that basis. What covenant has been breached out of interest?
