Is it fair to exclude agency workers from an annual payrise?
I need some advice regarding agency workers pay I work in a workshop where there are 3 agency workers and 3 permanent staff all have been receiving the same pay until April 1st when the 3 permanent workers recieved an annual payrise is this fair to exclude the agency workers as now all 3 permanent workers are on roughly 40p per hour more than the agency workers, the agency workers have worked this role for a minimum of 5 months up to 10 months Thanks
