Is it legal for a new employer in the UK to not pay for holidays?
Pretty much what the title says, handed notice to old employer despite them offering a pay rise and new job has sent over a contract to tell me that I can take holidays but will not be paid for them? For context I am working full time and receiving a salary (not £/hr) Can anybody help ? Edit: UK National Citizenship working in England, 23 year old
