Is there a minimum time/temp the heating should be set to if it's included in the rent?
Hi My brother in-law rents a flat. I have 2 questions. 1) Heating is included in the rent. Is there a minimum time/temp it should be set too. 2) Electric is through a coin meter. By the looks it's set to 18p K/w. Nothing for the daily charge. (I have found out the meter can have this set to take a daily charge). There are 8 flats in the house, so if every flat is set the same. Is this correct. (This is the charge before the cap rise. As he was going to come round and change it.) Is there anything he can do.
