Is there anything the asker can do to make the landlord clear their garden, legally?
Can anyone help please? I have received a letter from a local housing association stating that I could be sued for encroachment of Japanese knotweed onto their land to the left of my property, I know I am legally responsible for this but I have 6 fallen trees covering the width of my garden from the property to the right of me, this is owned by a private landlord who refuses to do anything about them, for this reason I am unable to access the knotweed...is there anything I can do legally to make the landlord clear my garden ? Thank you in advance for any replies.
