Should a child be entitled to their deposit back if they have to leave a private school because the school can't meet their needs on an EHCP?
Please can anyone help with a legal issue in private education? If a child has to leave a private school because the school can’t meet their needs on an EHCP, should they be entitled to receive their deposit back? Terms and conditions state that if you choose to leave before year 6 you won’t get the deposit back. It is usually returned at the end of year 6. However we are not choosing to leave and think we should get it back in the circumstances? Thank you!
