What advice can be given to a father-in-law who is waiting for a small claims court date against a car mechanic garage?
Hi, I was just wondering if anyone had some advice for my father-in-law, with regards to his truck, he is currently waiting for his small claims court date with regards to this car mechanic garage for repairs that were not repaired safely and the company has had his truck since October, they should have done the work but taking so long fobbing him off, and the MOT ran out which they were supposed to do, they claimed they stored it away each night while they were going repairs etc but it’s come to light that the garage were parking it on the main road and it has now been towed by the police for no MOT, it does have insurance. He’s lost at where to go with this, any advice would be greatly relieved. Thanks.
