NQ what sort of thing are they not doing? There is a very big difference between not administering life saving medication to say doing their exercises or doing the milk ladder.

NQ parents have the responsibility and authority to make medical decisions on behalf of their children specifically if they hold parental responsability. This includes the right to refuse or discontinue treatments. However these decisions should be guided by the best interests of the child. Do you honestly belive the other party means to hurt the child? Do have you proof? Has the child suffered complications due to this? If the answer is no to all these, then legally there isn't anything you can stand on. Only if it's life treatning conditions where a doctor overrides and if your have proof that the intentions were malicious.
