What can be done if a solicitor's office is permanently closed and the owners are trading under a different name, but will not reply to requests for information about an outstanding claim?
My niece won a claim 6 years ago for about €10,000 euro, they said they had to hold it untill she is 18 she is now turning 18 in march but the solicitors are permanently closed they are trading under a different name same owners but won’t reply anything we can do ?

NQ contact the law society for advice. Have all the details and ask them for advice, if they can contact the solicitor.

LLB LPC it’s usually held by the courts not the solicitors themselves. Did u attend an infant approval hearing? Maybe different as it’s not an English claim
