Barrister - so the person was on a Tier 2 dependent visa, but the Tier 2 holder has now left the country, is that right?

Yes that's correct. Tier 2 holder is leaving UK on 15th april. How many days will the Tier 2 dependent visa holder get before asked to leave

Ex Immigration Office. I suspect you will be expected to leave with him, as your leave will lapse on his departure.
