What should the individual say in their reply to the county court?
Hello. I got a loan in 2013 with a guarantor. I made the monthly payments up until the end of 2014 but due to losing my job and having a mental breakdown I was unable to keep up the repayments. My guarantor took over until 2016 when the loan was paid off via a lump sum by my guarantor. He has now applied to county court for a ccj. I need to reply but I do not know what to say or where I stand. I am currently in an IVA. Please could someone advise me. I am still under the mental health team and being supported by a key worker.
