Which courts should you apply to for a divorce if you were born in Wales but have moved to Scotland?

NQ you would usually file where you are resident. But if you are in Scotland and ex is in Wales say they could argue it should be heard in Wales as that's where you resided during the relationship. You need to look carefully as your situation financially as Scotland has very different financial rules in divorce. What can and can't be included, timescales etc.
