Who would come to the door if somebody ignored letters from a court regarding an unpaid fine for littering?
Good evening, I was wondering if anybody could advise me on the escalation procedure should somebody effectively ignore any letters from a court regarding an unpaid fine for littering. Would somebody eventually come to the door and start asking questions? Who might that be if that's the case? Would it be the police or somebody from the court? TIA Chris

NQ but ignoring any letter from the court will be escalated and may be passed onto a collection agency and bailiffs. This will end up with a CCJ against you. If you're disputing the fine, then use the proper channels but NEVER ignore a letter from the court.
