Why is the updated will from the deceased's most recent probate not included in what the person purchased?
I have purchased a copy of my mother’s probate and and will once I had seen it had been granted on the gov website since the solcitors have not been very forthcoming with information. It has a will from 2018 in which me and my sister were executors which was quite straightforward, and a copy of the probate, but not her newest will which we briefly saw when we collected a box from her house once she passed away, the new will was similar but also included right of occupation to her partner into the home. The updated will is not included in what I’ve purchased does anyone know why this could be? The grant of probate stated the new executors as declared in the most recent will.
