Will parents have to pay for the entire term if they withdraw their child from a private school during the term, or will they be reimbursed?
NQ Please could anyone give me advice regarding private education fees and SEND? (Including EHCP) My son is currently being issued with an EHCP and the private school are not sure if they can meet his needs. There will be a meeting on the first day of term with the school and the local authority are consulting with other schools to find an alternative. If we leave during the term will be still have to pay the fees for the whole term or would we be reimbursed in this situation? Thank you for your time.
