Would it infringe human rights if the county court denies a request to halt financial proceedings so the individual can engage in treatment for mental health?
I have asked the county court that I have a first hearing for - to halt proceedings on financial proceedings so that I can engage with treatment first for my mental health. I have sent the medical letter to support this. If the judge says NO......would this not infringe my human rights 3. Makes no sense to ask someone else to litigate for me - if i cannot engage due to C - ptsd. Also I engaged in Child arrangements for a year and the final hearing is in June. And I have a criminal case pending as I had to priortise the child access. And even the criminal case would need to be concluded as it will have a bearing on the finical order mat act 25g
