Edward Oremuyiwa

Edward is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Panel and experienced in all Family & Children Law proceedings including public and private law matters. He has worked as a Supervising Solicitor with various high ranking solicitors law firms specialising in Family & Children law, and holds a Masters Degree (LLM) in Law from the London South Bank University and a Postgrad Dip in Legal Practice from the University of Westminster with over a decade legal practice experience and skills.

He is also a Solicitor-Advocate with a Higher Rights of Audience (civil) at the higher courts, which is a benefit to his clients as he can take their case from the beginning to the end even if that involves going to the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

He has in-depth skill in care proceedings, divorce, Child Arrangement Orders when relationship breaks down, urgent application for emergency protection orders, non molestation and occupation orders, financial remedy and many more.

He is also experienced in dealing with Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs) case at the High court along side abduction cases when a child is lawfully removed or brought into the UK.
