The needs of her clients are paramount, Kate works closely with clients and other professionals as required including actuaries, accountants and valuers. They follow a non-confrontational approach to family matters to minimise conflict and consider the needs of the whole family espcially those of any children.
Kate qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2006 going on to qualify as a Solicitor in 2015 and joined Stephen Rimmer LLP in 2018. Kate has also trained as a mediator with National Family Mediation. She can undertake mediation on all family issues and MIAM appointments.
