Daniel McAfee

Daniel is a seasoned civil litigation solicitor with extensive experience in landlord and tenant law, personal injury, housing disrepair, and complex dispute resolution. He has worked with prominent law firms across the UK, including serving as Head of Housing Disrepair at KLS Law. Now, he leads Lawhive as Head of Legal Operations and Director of Compliance, where he applies his expertise to drive innovation and ensure top-tier legal standards.

He earned his law degree in 2013 from the University of Liverpool before going on to complete his LPC training. Daniel has also taken on intensive training as a mediator, helping clients explore the best options for resolving disputes outside of court.
