She has been on boards and advisory boards for profit and non-profit multi-national organisations. Her practice is extnsive and she has experience across energy and maritime law, sustainability and climate change, distributed ledger technology, environmental, social governance, risk, regulations and compliance, blockchain legal and regulatory governance, data management and analytics, multi-jurisdictional corporate tax advisory, anti-dumping duty and customs disputes, VAT and direct tax disputes and sanctions with a primary focus on M&A, private equity, commercial and corporate law.
