I have over 37 years of experience in private legal practise. I am an expert property litigator and provide strategic advice on a range of commercial property related matters, including opposed and unopposed business lease renewals, dilapidation claims, breach of covenant claims, forfeiture actions and applications for relief, rent arrears recovery and applications for consent to assign/underlet and property related insolvency issues.

In the residential law context, I have particular expertise in relation to possession actions, breach of covenants, service charge disputes, tenant's rights of first refusal, leasehold enfranchisement, service charge disputes, adverse possession claims, boundary disputes as well as real property and private nuisance disputes between neighbouring landowners.

I have also dealt with a vast array of commercial litigation cases acting for a wide variety of clients in their personal and business matters.

From 2004 to 2019 I was the Managing Partner of a City Law firm and know what it takes to manage and run a successful business.
