I qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has practised exclusively in Family Law since then working in Liverpool and Manchester city centre firms.

I has extensive experience dealing with divorce, dissolution of civil partnership and the breakdown of cohabitation with the associated consequences of relationship breakdown.

My area of expertise includes dealing with the finances of high net worth individuals and with those cases where assets are more modest but dealing diligently and working in my client’s best interests whatever level of assets are involved.

Often my cases will involve complex pension issues, multiple businesses, confiscation proceedings and family trusts.

I also deals with private children matters ranging from the time children spend with parents to more complex issues of taking children to live in another country.

I am always sympathetic to my client’s needs, guiding them through the legal complexities at what can be a stressful time, achieving the best possible outcome for clients whether that involves settling matters at an early stage or during court proceedings.
