Christelle Elimort

I am a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with extensive international legal experience.

I began my career in France after completing a French Master's degree in European and International Business Law before moving to Luxembourg, where I spent four years as a Corporate Lawyer specialising in Funds and Capital Markets, advising high-net-worth individuals, Venture Capital Trusts, and Financial Institutions on complex cross-border restructurings.

After relocating to the UK, I completed the GDL and LPC with distinction. I secured my Higher Rights of Audience in 2020 and qualified as a solicitor in 2021.

Between September 2021 and April 2025, I worked at an international law firm specialising in Financial Services Disputes and Investigations, managing regulatory investigations, asset recovery, insolvency litigation, and injunctive relief applications. I also contributed to pro bono work representing victims of domestic abuse, an issue I deeply care about.

In September 2025, I trained in advocacy in criminal law, enabling me to undertake advocacy work in criminal matters.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, painting, and keeping in touch with my roots in Martinique and France.
