Daniel is an award winning consultant solicitor with 17 years’ experience in leasehold law.
Daniel undertook his training at a central London practice in which he worked primarily with residential and commercial property and commercial lease transactions. Since that time Daniel has been a Partner of two separate enterprising law firms, in which he broadened his skill set to a wide range of contentious and non-contentious Landlord and Tenant work.
Throughout his legal career, Daniel has successfully managed complex freehold purchases and contentious property disputes as well as assisting developer clients and those with large portfolios.
Daniel also has particular experience in dealing with property management disputes.
Daniel was privileged to win the Highly Commended Regional Professional of the Year Award in 2018 and the Highly Commended Solicitor of the Year Award in 2014 at News On the Block’s Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards, regarded the sector’s foremost accolade.
