Enayat Ahmed

I qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and have developed my practice to include both residential and commercial Landlord and Tenant Law as well as general property work over many years. I have worked at a large corporate firm and smaller niche practices. I act for a variety of clients, including SME’s, start-ups to international conglomerates and have advised on a wide range of property disputes.

I have a great deal of experience in dealing with:

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Contractual interpretation
• Neighbour disputes (e.g. boundary disputes, adverse possession)
• Determining beneficial interests in property (known as Trusts of Land or TOLATA claims)
• Eviction of a tenant or removal of an occupier from a property
• Disputes with a builder/contractor over issues with works to a property
• Lease disputes including service charges disputes

In my spare time my two young children keep me very busy and active!
