Joshua Pugsley

Joshua is a private client solicitor specialising in Wills, estate planning, probate and estate administration, trusts and inheritance disputes.

He is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and advises individuals and families on both straightforward and more complex succession and estate-planning matters, including inheritance tax planning, lifetime gifts, trusts, Deeds of Variation and Powers of Attorney.

Joshua also has substantial experience in probate and estate administration, including taxable and higher-value estates, estates involving business or overseas assets, and matters where difficult issues arise between executors, trustees or beneficiaries. Alongside his non-contentious private client practice, he advises on contentious probate and trust matters, including Will disputes, executor and trustee disputes, and issues arising in the administration of estates and trusts.

Based in Bath and Bristol, Joshua practises across England and Wales. He aims to give clear, practical advice without unnecessary legal jargon, while retaining the technical detail needed for more complicated matters.
