Stephen is an experienced employment and education solicitor. He qualified in 1981 and spent most of his legal career with Wilsons Solicitors where he served as managing and senior partner.
Stephen has acted for a wide range of commercial and third-sector clients and advised many senior executives on their joining packages or severance terms. His clients have included many independent and academy schools.
He was a former trustee and chairman of Help for Heroes and is currently a governor of an independent secondary school.
