I have experience in a wide range of Commercial Property work especially in relation to landlord and tenant matters, in which I have regularly undertaken work for major corporate clients.

I deal with a significant number of transactions and businesses involving licensed premises every year, acting for both first time buyers and established publicans. Advising on the sale and purchase of both leasehold and freehold public houses and dealing with all related issues including the sale and purchase of the business, stock and F&F. I am also able to advise first time publicans on the potential pitfalls involved in buying a business of this nature.

I also deal with all matters relating to the new licensing regime and advise a number of clients on various aspects of Licensing Law including new Premises Licence applications, Variations, Transfers and Temporary Event Notices.

I also deal with general estate management work. This includes the surrender and variation of leases, licences to assign/underlet, licences for alterations, dealing with security of tenure issues arising under Part II Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, preparing deeds of easement and other advice on landlord and tenant matters.
