Abby Olushola

Abby is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, and a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

She has been on boards and advisory boards for profit and non-profit multi-national organisations. Her practice is extnsive and she has experience across energy and maritime law, sustainability and climate change, distributed ledger technology, environmental, social governance, risk, regulations and compliance, blockchain legal and regulatory governance, data management and analytics, multi-jurisdictional corporate tax advisory, anti-dumping duty and customs disputes, VAT and direct tax disputes and sanctions with a primary focus on M&A, private equity, commercial and corporate law.

Over the years, she has participated as a lead speaker at the University of Hertfordshire, The Legal500, and The UK General Counsel Summits.
