Abby Olushola

Abby is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England, and Wales, a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a Philanthropist; she is a PRINCE2® Registered Practitioner and a SAP S/4 Hana Cloud ERP consultant. She holds a Master’s (LL.M, Dundee) in Energy Taxation, Finance and Policy, and a participant of the Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of Cambridge, Cambridge Judge Business School. Over the years, she has participated as a lead speaker at the University of Hertfordshire, The Legal500, and The UK General Counsel Summits, she has been on boards/advisory boards for profit and non-profit multi-national organisations; the practice includes, energy and maritime law, sustainability and climate change, distributed ledger technology, environmental, social governance, risk, regulations and compliance, blockchain legal and regulatory governance, data management and analytics, multi-jurisdictional corporate tax advisory, anti-dumping duty and customs disputes, VAT and direct tax disputes and sanctions with a primary focus on M&A, private equity, commercial and corporate law. Abby is a member of the Energy Bar Association, Energy Institute, International Bar Association, Inter-Pacific Bar Association, Law Society of England, and Wales, and Nigerian Bar Association.
