Biography
I have been practising in family law since qualifying as a solicitor in 1993. I've worked in a number of East Midlands firms in my career. I am a member of Resolution and believe passionately in trying to achieve a "good divorce" or separation wherever possible. What I mean by this is achieving a fair outcome, in the best interests of my client and their family, working constructively and avoiding unnecessary acrimony.Discussing the use of alternative dispute resolution methods like mediation where appropriate. Giving honest, straightforward advice and avoiding legal jargon. Helping my clients understand and navigate the legal process,so they can move on with their lives.
