About Jayson
I am property solicitor with over 10 years experience in dealing with residential, commercial & land transactions. prior to this I spent over 30 years in industrial and employment relations, so I am not unaccustomed to resolving tricky problems and situations wherever they may arise.
I have experience in all manners of residential, commercial and land transactions (excepting agricultural land),whether Freehold, Leasehold, Shard Ownership, New Build, Transfer of equity etc, there are few aspects of conveyancing I have not handled!
Now, I am looking at taking on a selective level of transactions that will allow me to concentrate on the needs of the client over volume and turnaround, enabling me to offer a more personal and timeous service.
Outside of work, I am also a Sessional Lecturer at Liverpool John Mores University, Pension Trustee, Judge for the National Speed Mooting Competition, 2nd Dan Black Belt in Judo & BMBA Martial Arts Instructor and also a qualified Level 2 FA football Coach.
