Joanne Chung

I have over 15 years of legal experience and I have assisted many private and corporate clients. I believe firmly in delivering excellent client service and succinct legal advice which clients can understand. I've previously worked at top firms including Ernst & Young (EY) in their legal team, Fragomen LLP (Top Global Immigration Firm with over 3000 lawyers and over 40 offices worldwide) and also at in-house at a Lloyds Insurance syndicate.

I speak fluent Chinese. As I was born in Hong Kong, I can speak fluent Cantonese and advanced level Mandarin (self-taught).

I moved to the UK as a child and attended boarding school before studying Law at university. I also have a Masters in Laws from Queen Mary University of London and I have completed the Notarial Practice Course at UCL.

I have helped many clients from their initial visas (such as BNO visas, Tier 1 Entrepreneur, Sole Representative, Skilled Worker, Spouse visas and many more) to eventually applying for settlement and Citizenship. I also help clients with other matters including buying their first home or investment properties in the UK, as well as preparing their wills and LPAs. I have also assisted with applying for grants of probate and letters of administration. Furthermore, I assist clients in general civil litigation matters including Debt recovery, Commercial Disputes, Landlord and Tenant law (such as serving notices and applying for possession).
