Landlord & TenantPraveen Kugan initially graduated with an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance with a First Class Honours. He then graduated from the University of Law London Bloomsbury, completing his Graduate Diploma in Law and LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management.
He then worked as an Associate Solicitor for a Wimbledon-based practice that specialised in residential and commercial conveyancing, immigration law, and probate.
He currently undertakes a wide spectrum of commercial real estate conveyancing and has a broad range of experience dealing with commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals.
With business and commercial acumen, he possesses a strong interest in commercial law and remain mindful of clients’ personal and business goals when advising and representing them with their legal matters and protecting clients’ interests when drafting commercial leases.
Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends and he has an interest in fitness and photography.
He is fluent in Tamil and English.
