Satish Harpalani

I am an experienced UK-qualified Solicitor-Advocate specialising in the resolution of civil and commercial disputes. My work covers a number of fields including commercial and residential property disputes, construction and party wall disputes, bankruptcy, insolvency and winding-up, and contentious probate work, amongst others.

I have been in continuous practice as a Solicitor since 1994. Prior to being admitted as Solicitor, I practised as a Barrister for several years in London and the South East of England in General Civil and Commercial Litigation.

I frequently conduct advocacy for my clients in cases that I am handling as Solicitor and regularly appear as a Solicitor-Advocate in the County Courts and the High Court in London and in the Business & Property Court and District Registries.

I am experienced in obtaining and defending possession orders and interim remedies in relation to property and other commercial disputes, as well as dealing with enforcement issues.
