Burgate Litigation Services was founded by our Principal, Colin Passam specifically to assist clients with commercial litigation, legal disputes and raising litigation and legal dispute funding.
We are creative in our approach to litigation funding and work with our clients to obtain the best funding option for their case.
We have a depth of experience in commercial litigation. We focus solely on this area of law and are regularly conducting cases in the High Court and the County Courts.
