Biography
Having co-founded and developed Holt Baker into an award winning professional services practice, I was appointed Chair of Holt Baker in 2020. My early career was training and qualifying as a commercial lawyer at Hogan Lovells, following which I went in house as a senior commercial lawyer at John Lewis and Waitrose. I co-founded Holt Baker in 2016 to provide legal and financial advisory services to businesses wishing to scale. We advise entrepreneurs, start-ups and small to medium sized businesses across several sectors.
