I am a Solicitor with over 12 years post qualification experience dealing with a wide range of Will drafting, Property Protection Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, General Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications, Grant of Probate applications, full administration of estates, Deed of Disclaimer and Deed of Variations.

I also specialise in various Propery matters to include transfer of equity, severance of tenancy, residential property sales and Declarations of Trust.

I am the owner and Principal Solicitor of my own Recognised Sole Practice, Bentley Law & Co Solicitors. I also provide work as a Consultant Solicitor for a London City firm. I strive to provide professional, competent and efficient legal services.
