Sakina Khan

I studied at the University of Hull and completed my legal qualifications at the College of Law. Following my training I joined Vyman Solicitors and work in the Private Client department specialising in Wills, Lasting Power’s of Attorney and Probate matters. I aim to become a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

I began my career as a paralegal and went on to train with Owen White and Catlin, based in West London. I would also regularly assist at the Citizens Advice Bureau providing legal advice to people.

I pride myself in providing quality advice to my clients as well as keeping clients regularly informed of their matter. I understand the importance of being proactive and handling matters in a timely and efficient manner. I deal with client matters with an empathic approach as I understand it may be a difficult/challenging time for those that have lost a loved one. I am patient with my clients and provide explanations to clients that may be unfamiliar with the process.
