I am an innovative, progressive and ambitious legal professional who has worked for large multi-national clients and individuals on multi-million pound and low-cost matters. I have extensive experience in brand protection, brand development and embryonics in the real world and digitally.

I currently implement bespoke legal products covering primarily contentious and commercial matter so that clients have clarity and transparency of costs.

My specialities include intellectual property disputes and protection (trade marks, copyright, patents, design rights, passing off) breach of contract and company law.

A current hot topic is brand protection online and real world and brand exposure via social media and online.
In 2018 I founded Amgen Law to provide specialist legal advice to businesses and individuals in a modern way.
We specialise in contentious matters for both individuals and businesses as well as the ensuing commercial work (or vice versa). Our principal practice areas are disputes, intellectual property, commercial (contracts of all kinds) and Welsh Law. We have particular expertise in certain sectors, but can turn our hand to any area.
