I head the Family Department at Wright Solicitors and undertake supervision for the relevant staff. My experience in Family matters is extensive and I have acted for parties involved in divorce proceedings, dissolution of civil partnership proceedings and cohabiting couples who have separated.

I regularly deal with matrimonial finances and financial matters arising out of separating couples who are not married.

In children matters, I have represented parties in respect of applications for child arrangements, specific issue and prohibited steps orders. I have also represented clients in applications for parental responsibility and paternity disputes.

Furthermore, I have acted for clients who are seeking non molestation orders and occupation orders.
