Dawn is an international legal practitioner who practices in England & Wales and several Caribbean jurisdictions. She is a qualified mediator and arbitrator and serves as the Principal of EMA Solutions Legal Services and as a Consultant Lawyer at Setfords Solicitors. As an international Barrister & Attorney, she is called to the Bars of England & Wales, Grenada, St. Vincent & the Grenadinesnand St. Christopher & Nevis. Additionally, she is a Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and a Ciarb Arbitrator. Dawn is also a previous Vice President of the Grenada Bar Association.

Dawn practices internationally across jurisdictions in England & Wales and the Caribbean, developing a robust cross-jurisdictional practice in areas such as Probates & Estates, Maritime, Family, Banking, Commercial, Corporate, Court of Protection, Governance & Compliance, Conveyancing, Trusts, Wills, Civil Litigation, Immigration & Citizenship.

Her extensive academic and professional qualifications include BPTC, LLM Distinction, LLB Hons, BA Hons, CIM Coaching and Mentoring, PRINCE II Project Management, ADR Group Accredited Mediator, and Ciarb Arbitrator. Dawn also holds a Doctoral Award with a thesis entitled "Corruption in Caribbean Politics - Examining Cultural Tolerance."

Dawn's expertise and knowledge in the business sphere stem from over 25 years of holding various senior and chief officer positions within several large public sector organizations, coupled with over 10 years of directorship at EMA Solutions Legal Services & Consultancy. Her roles have entailed strategy, policy, project development, and implementation in corporate management, housing management, business development, community development, and regeneration.

As Director at EMA, Dawn oversees the strategic and operational elements of the business at their legal office in Central London, providing services across unreserved areas of law. She also directs the 'Turn Key' consultancy service for clients relocating from the UK, Europe, Canada, the USA, and other parts of the world to the Caribbean. This service manages the entire transition process, including finding ideal property, designing, conveyancing, shipping, and freight, tailored to the client's needs.
