I am a Senior Commercial Solicitor qualified to practice in England and Wales with over six years' in-house experience. I have a Law degree from the University of Cambridge and I trained in private practice at McDermott, Will & Emery’s London office and qualified in the Corporate/Commercial team.
Since qualification, I've acted as legal counsel for a range of businesses across various industries, including financial services and professional services. In the last couple of years, I've been an interim legal consultant and my most recent role was as Commercial Counsel for NHBC, the UK’s leading warranty and insurance provider for new homes. I advise primarily on commercial contracts, data privacy and corporate governance matters.
