Biography

I am a commercially-minded and proactive Property Solicitor with extensive experience across both freehold and leasehold, residential and commercial property work, including high-value and complex transactions. Over the course of my career I have built a strong reputation for delivering strategic advice and exceptional customer service and client satisfaction and have maintained long-term professional relationships founded on trust and integrity.

Whether acting for buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants in transactional matters such as sales and purchases, lease negotiation, licence agreements, refinancing or bespoke documentation, I work closely at every stage of the process with all parties involved. I am comfortable collaborating with other advisors and stakeholders or working independently as required, always maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and professionalism.

I prioritise clarity and openness at every stage, ensuring the process is managed smoothly and transparently. Alongside my expertise and qualification as a Solicitor, I hold a Level 2 Professional Coach Diploma from Optimus Coach Academy. This qualification, grounded in evidence-based coaching and effective communication techniques, enhances my ability to listen, understand and respond to each client’s unique needs and support clients through pivotal decisions. In my spare time I also coach a select number of individuals who are seeking to re-engage with their career or chosen life-path, helping them discover clarity, build confidence and move purposefully forwards.
